Carrow Quarter

A new residential building, Carrow Quarter in Norwich, has been designed to redevelop the area. The £14 million large scale scheme will consist of 4 phases, the first of which being 60 apartments. We have been contracted to deliver a fire stopping and intumescent paint package. Work commenced October 2018. 

The scope of works includes:

  • Intumescent paint to structural steelwork providing 60 & 90 minute fire protection 
  • Fire stopping to service penetrations to provide 30 & 60 minute fire protection

Contract duration: 12 months

  • Portsoken Street

    Castle Hill were contacted by Oktra to provide a £1.6 million Fire Stopping Package and once completed Oktra’s vision will be an impressively unique property.
