Castle Hill Fire Protection were approached by Graham Construction to provide a fire stopping package for the British Museum’s new Archaeological Research collection, a £64 million project designed to bring more of the Museum’s vast collection of over eight million items to the public. The new development is situated in Shinfield, Berkshire and is part of a planned partnership with the University of Reading. Once completed the site will contain many fascinating items ranging from Roman mosaics and sculptures to British Iron Age treasures, as well as providing study, storage and research facilities for the museum and its educational partners.
