In 2018, Castle Hill Fire Protection were chosen by R G Carter to provide them with intumescent paint to steelwork & passive fire protection on the 1st phase of their project Carrow Quarter; Carrow Quarter is situated next to the River Wensum, a stones throw away from Norwich City Football ground on Geoffrey Watling Way. To date we have completed 3 phases of their project with the 1st phase consisting of 60 apartments (which were built in conjunction with Norwich City Council), the 2nd phase being made up of 89 apartments (55 of which were open to market & the other 34 were up for intermediate rent) & the 3rd phase having 73 apartments built for affordable rent.

Over the 3 phases we have intumescent painted over 5000sq.m of steel work to provide up to 90mins of fire integrity as well as passive fire protection to 222 apartment lobbies & communal areas throughout all 3 buildings.
